Our Service Policy
At Platinum Auto Spa, our mission is to deliver exceptional service, integrity, and shine to every vehicle we touch. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our simple service policy below.
1. Booking & Scheduling
· No Deposit Required: We do not require a deposit to secure your appointment for lower tier services.
· Rescheduling: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We appreciate timely notice so we can offer the slot to another client.
2. Vehicle Inspection & Protection
· Condition Documentation: To protect both you and our team, we inspect all vehicles with pictures prior to service and save them in our database.
· Personal Items: While we are extremely careful, we are not responsible for any personal, valuable, or fragile items left inside the vehicle. We ask that you remove all such items prior to your service.
3. Satisfaction Guarantees
· Detailing Guarantee: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your detailing service, please notify us within 24 hours of pick-up. We will gladly address the issue at no additional charge.
· Tinting Policy & Rework Guarantee: Newly installed tint requires a 3’5 days of curing time. During this period, you must not roll down the windows. Minor haziness or small bubbles are normal and will disappear as the film cures. If, after the 3’5 days of curing period, you notice any material imperfections (e.g., persistent bubbles, peeling, or lifting), we will re-service the affected window at no additional cost.
· Post-Service Care: We are not responsible for damage resulting from failure to observe the curing instructions.
